Wanted to attach my rifle scope on another weapon while i had the crate open.
Removing it from the current weapon made it completely disappear, doesn´t show up anywhere in my inventory nor in the crate.

I ran into the same problem and found that it drops them on the ground, rather than puts them in the crate.

Yes, i experimented around today and now it can be found on the ground (and in the ground tab when the inventory/crate window is open).
I reinstalled the game yesterday, maybe that solved it ?

Regardless, it should put them in the crate not on the ground, since that's what you're currently interacting with
