I can try to put a boat next to a dock in a specific area, it spawns either 20-50m away from the location I wanted it to. I want to put a boat in the water at a dock, it spawns on land in a random direction, or sometimes way out in the water. I don't have this problem with land vehicles just boats.

Steps To Reproduce
Go into sandbox and play a blufor boat close to shore near a dock. It spawns on land or further out on the water were originally set in the sandbox menu.

Also, WHY CANT YOU GET IN BOATS WHILE SWIMMING IN THE WATER?!?! I don't know if this is another glitch but it is annoying as hell. If im a diver I want to be able to get back in the boat I jumped out of!
