Steps To Reproduce

Open editor, place yourself as OPFOR > Men > Rifleman
Go prone, start moving forward, start "sprinting" (Fast forward key or Turbo key)
Observe that you are able to "Prone-sprint" with a weapon
Drop your rifle and pistol
While prone, start moving forward then attempt to "Prone-sprint" again, observe that you are unable to do so
