When you open "Field Manual" in "Main Menu", click on the topic "Weapon Handling" and scroll all the way down in "Hints" menu while having "Interface Size" set to "Large" and resolution "1440x900x32" (this being the native resolution of you screen) the menu at bottom is cut in the middle of the text.
