In briefing, player is told that the boat can be sabotagued only if he remains undetected, otherwise the boat will start moving and so he wil be unable to sabotague it. But the boat doesn't move when the player is detected. And player is still able to disable it.

Steps To Reproduce
- Run showcase "Scuba"
- Swim to the boat
- Dive up so the boat is able to detect you
- make sure the boat has detected you (alarm is set off)
- observe that the boat didn't start moving
- observe that the player is still
desired result: When player is detected the boat should start moving and the trigger sabotague the boat should be cancled and maybe marked as failed.
