As there is no place for suggestions, I am led here.

Since most of the "patches" have been to target duping but keeps breaking other parts of the game, I have a better idea than patching the dupe methods.

A dunce hat.

Whenever players are either reported or the game catches methods of duping, add a dunce hat to that player that can not be removed, they will have it for eternity, even when they respawn they'll have it.

This alone would put off people from duping.
