My brother and I have been playing DayZ for the last maybe… two weeks or so and today our internet cut out mid-session. My account loads back into the server perfectly fine, but my brother’s keeps getting this error message. We were kicked from the server at roughly 3 pm CST and it’s now almost 10 pm CST of the same day.

I’ve read multiple posts with others having the same problem and every one of them says to load back into the server we were on, move the character 50m, then log but the thing is, we’re not trying to switch servers. We’re trying to get into the SAME server as before. It even says that he is “Currently connected to the target session.”

We’ve tried the following steps:

1. Completely uninstalling the game and deleting all associated game files, then reinstalling from fresh.
2. Tried deleting the saved data (again, just for good measure) after the reinstall.
3. We tried switching accounts with the game open then switching back to no avail.

Any help beyond this would be appreciated since we just bought Frostline this morning and were intending to play it once we died again on Livonia… This issue is occurring on Xbox but I can’t seem to select it via the operating system tab.
