Sometimes, when landing a helicopter, it suddenly falls through the map into a black void. Here were the coordinates: pos=<-93348.7, -907522, -1.8>.

After reconnecting to the server, the helicopter naturally gets removed, along with some of the character's items.
This has never happened before the 1.28 update.
