Hello,

My account seems to be stuck in an active session. When I try to connect to any server, I get the error:

0x0001000D - "This account is already connected to another server."

I have tried restarting the game, restarting the console, waiting 30 minutes, and changing servers and regions, but the problem persists.

Please force disconnect my account so I can play again.
