Issue Description:

I just bought the game. My FPS is 70, Ping is 80 EU server. I'm located in the Middle East. When I join Multiplayer, the game is so laggy hard to hear other players the movement is so laggy experience. I didn't experience that on Arma 3 or Dayz; they absolutely work fine.
