The Camera and Vehicle spawn point are the same for the APC position. The Camera needs to be lifted out of the ground and the Vehicle position needs to move away from the camera.

Not sure why the Camera position is over on a rocky beach, the base game images are taken on a spot on a wooden/concrete dock somewhere.
