On Linux when I update Wine prefix to use newer Wine/Proton version Arma 3 Launcher creates new folder in AppData and resets its config to the default. I still can copy config from the "older" version to the newer one.

Steps To Reproduce
- Launch Arma 3 Launcher under Wine/Proton, change some settings like Launcher settings, parameters
- Close Launcher, select different Proton version
- Run Launcher again, its setting will be reset
