Issue Description:
Since 1.3 Major update, it has been Impossible to create a new stringtable with the following tutorial: https://community.bohemia.net/wiki/Arma_Reforger:Mod_Localisation

Hello! It's working great now. I don't know why it didn't work at first (maybe it was version 1.3.0.170?)
