Issue Description:

After about ten minutes of playing on any server, with or without mods, the players stop hearing me, both in the local voice chat and on the walkie-talkie. So far, I'm solving this by changing the stereo processing mode between "speakers" and "headphones" in the game settings or Windows sound settings, and reconnecting the main device for voice input. Then the sound in the game returns for a while, and so on in a circle.
I found this item in the "error" logs: 23:40:13.542 AUDIO (E): Failed to initialize VonStream.
