I was in the tent area at the north end of the NWAB, and had a dynamic zone drop on me a moment ago (1:55-ish pm, PST) and though I experienced the effects of it and seen the visuals as normal near me, once I ran out of the dynamic zone and turned around, there was no yellow cloud over the area as you'd normally see.
