I was carrying a pump shotgun, my teammate who had just died was also carrying one, I opened my inventory on his body during a pause in the gunfight, then dragged the gun from the vicinity to the 'Swap' input on my hand slot, the gun did not swap and I died because of this. Why is it that a game which has been out for several years still has critical bugs like this, which can impact a situation where timing is crucial? A situation like the one I was just in. It's not fun spending hours and hours looting, travelling and fighting only to die to a completely ridiculous glitch, because the game refused to accept a clear input.
