I found an ada 4x4, hopped in, and almost immediately got desynch. I was flitting across the road, sort of glitching forward for a few seconds. It cleared up, so i decided to do some high speed donuts in a field, and I got desynchronized again, and flew into a fence, breaking my radiator, and two front tires. A few seconds later my sparkplug ruined, as i was over revving to get unstuck from the fence. Now I was going really fast and doing donuts, but I did experience some desynch. The steering felt much more responsive when the server connection was smooth.
