I’m playing on Xbox and every now and then when I hold y to reload. The game does not register that I have held reload. This has been going on for years

Second problem is that since 1.27 latest update the game does not hold your breath for your full stamina like it used to. It’s like 1 second now and used to be like 3 or 4 seconds
