I’ve been playing this update for a while and notice that I am getting sick out of seemingly nowhere. Even when I purify all my water, stay warm, and have food and water levels in white, I will stop and puke and instantly get sick with wiping of my forehead, blurry vision. This isn’t something that happens soon after spawning in but rather on long played characters who have been alive for a while.
