It appears there's a bug with plate carrier zombies in military zones. It's been extremely difficult to find a plate carrier since the last patch. I noticed that the plate carrier zombies aren't despawning. Their bodies are almost the same as an animal carcass. Displaying the cold icon next to them. This is causing no new plate carriers to spawn in at military zones, if they've already been killed. It only refreshes after a server restart
