Gives me the message that I'm connected to a server when I try to join said server it says I'm already in target session but won't let me load in, I've tried quitting the game and restarting my console but nothing works. I need help with this as I'm new and really don't know what to do in this situation.

Steps To Reproduce
Not exactly sure but I was loading in and before the countdown timer I got kicked out of the server due to internet issues
