Severe server connection errors
Awaiting internal Testing, NormalPublic

Description

Hello, I have been experiencing severe connection issues that appear to be server-side. I will describe the specific effects below:

  1. Server error symbol will appear, and I will experience desynchronization with server
  2. I will experience "rubber banding", freezing in place (from other's perspective)
  3. I will have no effect on my environment while trying to interact with doors, loot, and my own inventory.
  4. After attempting to disconnect and reconnect to the server, the issue will go away for approximately 5 minutes, then it returns full-force.
  5. I am only able to reconnect to the server after a full reset of the game on my console. Any attempt to reconnect with a restart results in an error message saying that the server is unreachable OR "connection failed"

I have also attempted to go and play on my own nitrado hosted private server, and both the nitrado website and app give me a 503 error "gateway not found"

(My friend in another part of the country (on a different isp) is also experiencing the same issues. And we have both tried to reconnect, restart our game instances, and even a complete reinstall of the game.)

It would seem as if all DayZ servers are either being hacked or are under a DDOS attack. But I'm not professional.

Steps To Reproduce

Disconnect and reconnect to multiple servers, both official and private.

Hard restart of the game and then reconnect.

Complete reinstall of the game and attempt to reconnect.
