Issue Description:

In game master after you place a squad, if you want to give that squad an order, you select the squad, then press and hold Y on the gamepad for the order wheel to appear. However, unlike the other command tool-tip hints on the left of the screen, this one isn't shown.

It would be nice to add it in as I keep forgetting it!
