Issue Description:

When playing on "performance" video setting on XBOX SERIES S the game becomes very stuttering. It says it's going at 60fps but looks like it's 20. It's very annoying and pretty much impossible to play comfortably.
Fidelity video setting at 30fps is very smooth, but performance mode looks very bad. I've already tried with different monitors so that's definitely not the issue.

Also, on the game master editor it looks very smooth on performance mode. it's just when actually playing as a character that looks super bad.

Can you please look into it? hopefully this is something that can be patched? I feel like XBOX SERIES S gets low priority, but I really want to enjoy this game at its greatest potential.
