Frostline DLC shows as "Not Owned" in Experimental branch on xbox despite owning the DLC and it working on the Stable branch. There also appears to be no Sakhal xbox Experimental servers despite the new experimental update focusing on Sakhal and its dynamic events, as well as tweaking features that mostly affect that map.
