I've been having this issue for over the last few weeks, modded and unmodded the game kept crashing with the same error popping up.

I need assistance with understanding why this is constantly happening.

I have tried many proposed solutions across the internet, but nothing seems to work. If someone here can understand the crash log provided please and point me in the right direction, I would very much appreciate it.
