Its random but has happened around 5 or six times in 2 weeks.

I am just curious as to why the illness is so random and without reason at stages. I have in the last 2 weeks begun to fall ill for no reason and usually die. I am fully aware that its a survival game but this happens when well fed and watered as well as dry and not in contact with infected. I have been bushing it and just start randomly vomiting.
I am also curious as to why the heating element was taken out of the game with the portable cooking stove as it used to dry and heat you when cooking but no longer does.

Any help or information would be appreciated.
