The problem is that when you take more damage than your opponent during a conflict, I die with a fatal error. That is, when I shoot my opponent. I'm shooting him and she/he's shooting me, and yes, she/he's shooting me more :) This is what happens in the end!

This is not a big problem in Outlander because I already died. But it is impossible for me to play other games.

I updated my drivers and Windows. I searched on the internet and did everything suggested. I deleted the game and reinstalled it but it still persists. I verified the game through Steam. I have been playing the game for a month. There were no problems for the first 10-15 days. I bought the Battle Pass because the atmosphere of the game is amazing. Tarkovsky's Stalker, I love it. But I couldn't get rid of this problem.
