Items with the "Draggable" attribute disabled can still be moved using right-click or the (X) hotkey.
Not sure why you would only need to disable dragging items.

I think the functionality of the "Draggable" attribute should either be changed or a new attribute (e.g "Movable") should be added to completely disable item movement.
