Normal version. No mods. Not sure if it happens in experimental version.

If a vehicle door is open, and you manipulate the parking brake from outside the vehicle, then mount the vehicle and try to drive it will not work. Engine will rev but vehicle will not move.

Other players can drive the vehicle but the player who manipulated the parking brake and triggered the bug will never be able to drive that vehicle.

This is a common problem now as doors are often left open and it’s easy to accidentally manipulate the parking brake when trying to mount the vehicle.
