Hello.

I have spoken to multiple people within playstation and Bohemia and I have had no luck of anyone getting back to me or sending me to the right place to get this fixed.

I have been told many times that I have refunded the reaper pack which I have NEVER done. I bought the reaper pack a while ago, possibly a year ago myself and had the contents of it in my cosmetics section.

But since recently the pack is missing and none of the contents are in my shelter.

I have never refunded this pack as I bought it knowing what it was giving me and I was happy to pay. I still have the 'purchased' tab up when I loom at the reaper pack in the store so im confused as to why this is missing from my cosmetics section.
