Loot is spawning underneath sakhal garages and inaccessible. Appears to be a few meters off. Attached images of 2 garages, all garages have same issue. Verified empty garages on Official servers both PC and Console.

Steps To Reproduce
Enable VPP admin tools and CF on local testing server, turn on admin ESP for loot and zoom around all Sakhal garages.
