I've had error 0 for 2 days, it's almost impossible for me to connect, and when it works, I can stay 2 minutes in the shelter before being kicked out of the game.

Can you please try the following?
- Check the network settings on the Xbox itself. Make sure there are no issues like NAT type restrictions, and run a detailed network test from the Xbox settings.
- Ensure there are no parental controls or age verification restrictions that might be blocking the game.
- Reset the console's network configuration. Sometimes, this can clear hidden issues.
- If none of this helps, a factory reset of the console (without deleting games and apps) might be a good last step.

For information I am on ps5, not on Xbox.
I use a translator to answer you because Im french, so if the translation is approximate, that’s normal.
I’ve done everything you asked to me, including the factory resetting of the console, to no avail.
Error 0 is unfortunatelly still there…
I really want to play, it’s really frustrating.
Can you, in one way or another, acess my account via the personnal ID number of my vigor account to try to correct the problem ?
