Dear Team,

I would like to report an issue with the XBOX Experimental server "5381 | Europe - DE" on the Chernarus map. Although the server currently appears as "0/60" in the server list, neither I nor other players are able to join it.

I'm aware that Experimental servers are temporary test environments that can occasionally present issues like this. However, I’ve started a building project on this server with other players, which we would like to complete to make a video. We plan to share this video across various communities, such as X and the BI Studios forum.

I hope you can look into this issue and possibly resolve it so we can continue our project.

Hello Geez,

Thank you for your follow-up. The connection issue with the XBOX Experimental Server '5381 | Europe - DE' has been resolved, and the server is now accessible again. However, our entire building project—a large, intricate base we constructed at the castle (ROG), which took us weeks of dedicated work—is completely gone. It appears that the server was reset, and all our progress has been erased.

As it stands, this server has unfortunately become unusable for us, and the experience has significantly impacted our enthusiasm for playing and recommending DayZ. The considerable time investment we put into this project, coupled with the sudden deletion without warning, has made DayZ unappealing to us.

Is there a way to prevent this kind of issue in the future, or could backups of server states be provided?

The server had to be wiped due to the issue with it being inacessible. We apologise for any inconvenience.(
