Loving Sakhal however I am experiencing the worst framerate and pop in issues on it I have every seen. It is generally okay inland on the main island.

But you get to the south and western big cities and it is the worst I've ever experienced on DayZ. This game really needs performance improvements, ideally in a PS5 native version because It's basically unplayable in the big cities on Sakhal. I hope I never get into a gunfight there, it's so laggy.
