bold textJust starting my saved level the textures are wrong

Ok, I just created a new blank level and the issue is not happening. However, In the first saved level/map originally (yesterday) I had coped and pasted the tank to a few locations on the map. I don't know why that would cause the issue, it never has before. But the issue is gone in this new level I just started. However, if I pull up the old level, the issue comes back so it's obviously backed into the saved game file.

Now I'm confused, If I go back to the broken level and add the same 63 tank, it's now showing up as the green tank without the camo. And I know for certain I'm picking the same tank. When I'm dragging and dropping the 63 tanks onto the editor, they're rotating different textures much like how the cars do with the colors when you copy and paste or drag and drop them into the level. Is this by design? I like the camo tank, but it' only happens at random times.
This are all the same tanks I dragged out of the menu TYPE 64 tank bottom of list.

I was wrong. I just stated a new map, the texture is cycling again.
