On a community Sakhalin server, when trying to “Refuel torch” via combining rags with a torch, it instead crafted hand wraps. Tried twice in a row. Two sets of hand wraps.

Hello grills.
It is working properly. You have just to click on LMB to add rags to the torch and refuel it. If you hold LMB, then you will craft gear from rags but it is visible also in the game. Add rags - one click, craft from rags - hold LMB.
