A user on Reddit is claiming that the newest patch has disabled his ability to make snowfall on his community server. He says he spent hours in the DayZ editor adding snow to his winter Chernarus server and that the devs have intentionally disabled the feature with the newest patch.

I understand you want people to purchase Frostline, but this is a gross abuse of power, if it was intentional. PC already has their snow mods, and we were so close to having winter Chernarus community servers.

Don't shoot console in the leg. Having winter Chernarus and Livonia servers on console is something that will improve the experience for all console players. Reverting this change would be a gesture of good faith for all of the people who watched PC players with Namalsk, winter Chernarus, snowy Livonia, and had to wonder why we were disprivileged.

We are with Bohemia Interactive. We support you, and though there are some whiny babies crying loud for one reason or another, the majority of the community is loyal to you. So don't hamper the ability of passionate console modders to improve the game for everyone.

We want a white Christmas on Chernarus.
