I was fighting a zombie at the military just southwest of Novoselki when after fighting with the zombie I was unable to equip anything to my hands, I had one cut to deal with but nothing else, I was using a baseball bat to fight. Eventually had to respawn as I was unable to kill myself or equip anything to help. PlayStation 5
