Issue Description:

When a gamepad or a keyboard command is to "hold" to activate, it isn't really clear that you have to do this - the "hold" modifier is delineated by a thicker outline, when it should be a text command. This is especially true if you're playing on a smaller screen.

I've attached screenshots of Reforger & PUBG to illustrate what I mean.
