I'm proposing these additional Sensor configs and functions
while we already have "animDirection", separated azimuth and elevation options
trackWhileScan (set if radar can continue to scan other targets while Tracking)
targetLifeSpan (configure how long a Target track stays visible after the last detection)

adding the "allowsMarking" to function in all classes not just SensorTemplatePassiveRadar
this could allow for the configuration of a search-based radar that will not let you lock targets

some functions to accompany them would be fantastic
