Issue Description:
You can place multiple cycle waypoints, but you can only place 1 non cycle waypoint at a time.

Steps To Reproduce

Open GM

Spawn a squad in

Give them many destinations you want them to patrol on a cycle

Now try doing it with cycle waypoints turned off.

You’ll see that you can only give one order at a time, not a multiple orders.
