I feel as if there is not enough options on sensitivity. It would be better if the sensitivity was tweaked so that it is more accurate on console as I and a few people I've spoken to about it struggle to find the right sensitivity options. Something more like call of duty style sensitivity/aiming movement would be great for DayZ in my opinion.

A COD style of aiming sensitivity feature wouldn't fit the dayz world. They are a completely different style of game. I don't think this would work well with dayz.
Exactly, of all the comments of DayZ in the years never have i seen anyone complain about needing a sensitivity option and what we got now is all we need; usually the only people i see complain about the aiming features are those whom use 3rd party cheating devices to enable mouse and keyboard or similar technology.
Simple put the people you seem to find having an issue finding the "right sensitivity" simply have no idea how to play the game and need to get better, not all games are for everyone but i am sure with practice you could fit this title into your library.
