Logged into game for first time since 1.69 update on official server LA 9227. Was attacked by a "invisible" infected and could not shut doors to get away. Went unconscious and tried to use bandages after awake. Bandages where in hand but would not bandage myself. "Busy" icon appered but did not do anything. Ended up bleeding out and dying.
