The road, flares and pistol, flares and pistol flashlights should be able to blind players that are using NVG’s at night time because if you’re being shot at at night time Buy other players that are using NVG’s and you throw road flares out or shoot a pistol flare into the sky. It should blind them so they have to turn off their NVGs if They are within range of the light source, and if you’re in an a house that is dark or some sort of building, you should be able to blind an enemy player with a pistol flashlight if they’re wearing as NVGs as well
