There should be a 50-50 chance that your character can get sick from eating random or any fans that you find like getting salmonella or E. coli or food poisoning from the canned food or we should have to heat up the canned food to cook it so that you don’t get sick or have a chance of getting sick after the food can has been heated up to eat safely This way, there is more incentive to carry meds on players and checking inside of towns at hospitals more frequently
