'Align to Normal' not working correctly on forest generators

Description

I'm trying to add stumps and fallen branches to my forest generators bottom layer but they are all pointing in the same direction when "align to normal' is enabled. Additionally any random pitch/bank is ignored. When "Align to Normal" is disabled, the objects now correctly have random yaw and will respect the random pitch/bank settings, but wont align with slopes.

Steps To Reproduce

-Add a forest generator to a polyline
-Go to bottom layer
-add or select any Tree Group
-Add a new "Tree" element with the "FallenTree" class
-Assign any object and enable the "Align To Normal" setting
-Add some random pitch/bank if you want.
-Observe all objects are oriented in the same direction, Angle Y=0. Pitch/bank will only be inherited for the slope, any random pitch/bank is ignored.

A user on discord suggested the issue was on line 1030 of ForestGeneratorEntity.c
