How to speed it up:

1. When opening the arsenal, let you immediately select an element. Now you have to press button A to confirm your choice. Most likely this is an unnecessary action.
2. When removing an item in the equipment list, remember which element the player was on and return focus to this element (ideally move on to the next one, this should speed up the process even more)
3. Make movement through the equipment list cyclical, that is, a quick transition from first element to last
