Workbench and WorldEditor prefabs cause interference

Feel free to rename the ticket, wasn't sure what to call it.

When a prefab, such as GameMode_Base.et is open while loading a mission that relies on it, such as CTI_Arland_Campaign.ent. You will be unable to join a squad when the mission starts. If the mission is stopped & started again you will be met with multiple VMEs.

Video posted below with first bug reproduced & without the reproduction to show that it would work otherwise.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open GameMode_Base.et in the Workbench (in my case it was an override I have in my project, this may matter idk)
  2. Open CTI_Arland_Campaign in the world editor & press play
    • At this point you should be unable to join a squad after joining a team.
  3. Stop the mission
  4. Start it again
    • At this point you should be met with several VMEs
