On PS5 me and my friends have been experiencing an issue for atleast a year.

Sometime during play, the games audio goes completely silent and then around 15 - 20 seconds later, the game crashes. We all have the game installed on the PS5 internal M.2 SSD and nothing in particular seems to cause this. It just randomly happens once in a while, maybe once a week. But it's frustrating when this happens during combat or when you rejoin to a long queue.
